JayCee Grae Contract and Health Guarantee

JayCee Grae puppies are health checked by a licensed veterinarian and given their first vaccine around six to seven weeks. They are wormed at 2 weeks, and every 2 weeks thereafter by breeder, before being picked up by buyer. 

 Our puppies have a one year health guarantee covering genetic disorders.

Puppy usually experiences some stress due to being removed from its litter mates and can take a day or two to adjust to new environment.  Don't panic if you observe some panting and /or lessened appetite the first 24 to 36 hours. Give puppy lots of love and  attention as well as toy play to help him/her adjust. 

Do not change puppies diet or give treats. The puppy is not use to anything other than its puppy food and any new food or treat is likely to cause diarrhea or other symptoms of puppy not feeling well. 

Wait until puppy has adjusted and seems happy and playful before adding very small amounts of (non dairy) treats) for training purposes. 

Do not  take your puppy to dog parks or any other area where other dogs have been until two weeks after its last vaccine. 

Guarantee does not cover issues that may arise due to environment, neglect in care , poor diet or injury.  

No monies will be refunded past first week. To return a puppy, documentation must be provided by your vet stating the found genetic disorder. Then the puppy will be checked by our vet. The diagnosis of both vets must match.  

 After first week, if puppy is returned, he/she will be replaced from the next available litter.

Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 working days of picking him/her up. Please schedule your puppies appointment before puppy pick up date to ensure being able to get on your vets schedule, which is essential pertaining to the health guarantee and puppies vaccine scheduling.
